However, if you received an item with a defect, we’ll be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.

If the defect is confirmed by us, shipping costs will be covered by us.
This policy does not apply to natural wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused after the item has been used.
Your package will arrive within up to 10 business days. (in Israel).
Delays may occur during busy periods that are beyond the store’s control (such as before holidays).

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used.
Items can be returned via courier (in Israel) for an additional ₪30 — please contact us if you would like to use this option.
You may also return the item to our store at:

Refunds will be processed within up to one week from the moment the item arrives back at the store.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, orders placed through the website may be canceled within 14 days from receiving the product or receiving the transaction details (whichever is later), by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
In the case of an order cancellation not due to a defect, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 — whichever is lower.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days from receiving the cancellation request, and subject to the item being returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
