Shipping and Deliveries
Packages in Israel will arrive within 10 business days. There may be delays during peak times that are not connected to the store (such as before holidays).
For purchases over 400 NIS, enjoy free home delivery (in Israel).
For purchases under 400 NIS, home delivery is available for an additional 30 NIS.
Pickup from the store is free- from 6 Bezalel Street, Jerusalem. Please call to coordinate 02-5336946 :)
Shipping overseas rate is 190 NIS
Exchanges and Returns
You can exchange an item up to 14 days from the time of purchase provided it has not been used.
You can return an item via a courier for an additional 30 NIS. Let us know if you would like to use this option.
Another option is to return the item to our store at 6 Bezalel Street, Jerusalem.
A refund can arrive within a week from when the item arrives back to the store. No refund will be given for shipping fees.
Cancellation of Transaction and Cancellation Fees
According to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a transaction made on our website can be canceled within 14 days from the date of the sale receipt, or from the date of the the transaction details (whichever is later), by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
In the case of transaction cancellation that is not due to a defect, the customer will either be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or 100 NIS - whichever is lower. Cancellation fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
A refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the transaction. It must be, within 14 business days of the cancellation notice date. The refund is subject to the return of the product in new condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt.
